interesting error on another device with 14.5 do you have to change permissions on the folder can't remember doing that on the other phone

chmod a+rx /usr/local/bin/shaka-packager fixed it

No, me neither. If you are running as root in the proot, you have God permissions, and should be able to do anything. Strange one. Check you are root with whoami?

You have run chmod +x on/usr/local/bin/shaka-packager? To double check?

All working now with the new version from qr started again weird error that thanks for the new version and your advice as always.
