DivX 4 & DivX 5...???

Is it impossible to have DivX 4 AND DivX 5 installed in windows (XP)? I have a DivX 5 video that I need to convert to DivX 4 and I can't seem to have both codecs installed at the same time. :

Really? It is quite possible, as I have all the DivX codecs on my system. Thet came in the Nimo Codec Pack.

Well, I'm using VirtualDub. When I have DivX4 installed it shows it under my compression codecs in the menu. When I install DivX 5 I go back to the same menu and DivX 4 is replaced completely by DivX 5 in the choices.

I am confused. The question I am asking is: What happens when you install the Nimo Codec Pack?

If I install the latest Nimo 5 final pack, I get only DivX 4 in my VirtualDub compression choices menu. I went through the installation and MANUALLY picked both DivX 4 and DivX 5 to be installed, but only 4 will show up in the menu after isntallation.
