I noticed last night that my cpu temperature hit a high of 88C when using hybrid. I was deinterlacing, denoising and upscaling to 1080p.
Ive got a i7 14700k which does apparently tend to get hot, but is it normal for avisynth filters be working it that hard?
Like everything that I google, Im getting mixed opinions on whether that temp is ok. Some say yes its fine others say no.

I believe CPUs auto-throttle to control their temp, so they shouldn't cook themselves... should they? -
