    Does Avidemux offer lossless cutting and remuxing? I mean, does it cut videos frame by frame and convert them into other formats without reencoding the video?

    Yes. In copy mode it will do a stream copy of video and audio. The caveat is it will only cut on i-frames. So if your cutting normal lossy streams you may not be able to cut where you want. The gui will forward and reverse to the nearest frame so you'll know ahead of time.

    As DB83 has said, Avidemux trims without encoding only on keyframes in copy mode. It does frame accurate trimming only if you reencode. As per the previous answers.
