  1. Hi,

I ripped my 1st movie, everything ok. But now I wanna try some more options of SVCD. The thing I want is making menu's, and then something like:

    Menu-Options:
    1. Play the Movie
    2. Movie information (text)
    3. RIP information (text)

I can't find any tool or usefull information for making this kind of menu's, does somebody can please give me some tips and hints?

    Thanks a lot from here.

  2. Use VCDImager.

It may be easier for beginners to start with a GUI like VCDEasy before jumping into manual authoring of the XML file.

  3. First create image you want to be your menu (bitmap file).

Then encode this image file plus 5-8 second of sound clip wave file (can be silent, this to make sure it'll play properly in your dvd player, a lot of players cannot handle video clip shoter than 5 second) in TMPGEnc.

NOTE this method can work for your Movie and Rip info clips as well.

Then follow what vitualis said using VCDImager and/on it's GUI like TSCV, VCDeasy.
