  1. hi sorry for my bad english,
recently i using this software, i don't know what the software do but it can reduce size and eliminate the lag,
this software doing is "multiplexer" (i don't know what is it),
the thing i do is only add one file then start the process, and job done,

    and the problem starts here,
if i like to "multiplexer" multiple files, i must do it one by one,
why? because if i put more than one file when "multiplexing",
the result is all of the videos will be combined into one file,

the thing that i want to know is:
1.is there any way to do "multiplexer" multiple video files using this software without combining the files?
2.is this software have console command for "multiplexer"?

yes, in the menu go to MKVToolNixGUI > Preference
on the left option list select Multiplexer and on the right Sub Option >When dropping files select Create one new multiplex setting tab for each file from the drop down menu

or select Always Ask the User so every time you drop the files it always ask what to be done

2.is this software have console command for "multiplexer"?
yes, only mkvtoolnix-gui.exe thats not CLI program the rest of the program that placed on the same folder is CLI

    thanks for the reply,
    1. i have tested it, but it creates new tabs, and then i must (-pick "start multiplexing" and select "afterward close the current multiplex setting") until all tabs is closed
is there any choice to "afterward close the current multiplex setting and start next multiplexing"?

    2. can you give me the link or tutorial about do multiplexing on command console mode?
that i require is it can reduce size and eliminate the lag, (i am not looking for merges)

    and thanks for info

Probably you are looking for Multiplexor/action for all tabs/start multiplexing
With default setting it will create file where original file is. When all done, Ctrl+w to close tab manually keep it for few seconds you will get rid of plenty of them. So drag on mkvtoolnix icon, if on some file (tab) you need some changes, make them. Action for all tabs is very powerful.

If you don't understand what a program does why are you using it? Here's the English wiki page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MKVToolNix

It may be able to reduce file size but it's only meant to work with .mfv files, and reducing the file size (ie. bir rate) is only going to help with lap in playback if the bit rate is the cause of lag. There are a lot of reasons for lag, and you have to figure that out before trying to re encode files.

PLease post system specs and a mediainfo report (ibn text mode) on a file that's lagging.

    thanks for the reply,
after 10 minutes i found the "action for all tabs" it in files menu > multiplexer > action for all tabs, i do not find it because the location is not in the main menu,
and for clear tabs i do not mind as after the process i close it

why i using it? because it can reduce size and eliminate the lag, what else?
for post system specs and a mediainfo report i think it's not necessary because i delete all source after the "multiplexer" done,
    anyway thanks for the reply

    Look again in the menu
Multiplexer > action for all tabs > Start Multiplexing

yes there is if you use the CLI via batch file (using the loop function assume all your file are in the same folder and you not doing some specific thing to each file)

    https://mkvtoolnix.download/doc/mkvmerge.html
you can see the command line example from the GUI
from main menu Multiplexer > Show Command Line

Another way to do multiple muxing is to use mkvbatch,i use it to remux up to 26 files at a time,no need to add the files one by one.
    I think,therefore i am a hamster.
