  1. I have about 200 files I want to remove the Subtitle's using MKVToolnix and I wanted to do them in a batch conversion they are all MKV files and were first created as MKV's and have never been converted from one format to another and so on.

My problem is I can not figure out how to stop MKVToolnix from merging all the files together can anyone tell me how to do this so they are not all merged into one file.

    Have you installed mkvtoolnix?

Or are you using the portable version of mkvtoolnix? Then try manually set the path to mkvmerge.exe in mkvbatch in settings.

  7. I only have mkvtoolnix and mkvbatch installed do I need to install mkvmerge as well to be able to find the path to mkvmerge.

What I don't understand is if I can use mkvtoolnix to strip out sub's from one movie at a time why don't they just include a feature with a checkbox that say's do not merge together.

Have you checked under settings and if you can change the path to mkvmerge.exe?

It should be in the folder where you installed mkvtoolnix(like c:\program files\mkvtoolnix).

    MKVmerge is part of MKVtoolnix

I have never used mkvbatch, and if it doesn't have the feature you describe, you really should write to its author about the issue.
