Use vidcoder and you can set the target size directly under settings, video.
Or calculate the bitrate with a bitrate calculator and set in handbrake. -
The x264 encoder settings you posted look very much like the default x264 encoder settings to me. Or use Vidcoder's "High Profile" preset. Other than that, as Baldrick said you need to either specify a file size or bitrate (depending on the program you're using) for 2 pass encoding in order to output a 700MB file. For the example you posted a bitrate of 646kbps was used (for the video).
-
baldrick wil setting target size decreases my video quality???wat lower bitrate resuts ??torrent uploadersr encoding movies without losing video quality but at the same tym they provide file size around 500-900 mb.....am i alzo able to encode like them???? can u plz tell me the configuration used to encode tat video file (the 1 i mentioned at question)....please help me to rip???
can i encode videos around 700 mb using vid coder??? wat r the other softwares that i can use t encode -

The only way to achieve a particular file size is to specify the appropriate bitrate. Obviously if you specify (for example) 600kbps (kilobits per second) and the video is one hour long, the file size will double if you specify 600kbps and it's two hours long. So for the second one you'd specify 300kbps to make it the same size as the first and chances are it'll be much lower quality too. Or if you're using a program jthat lets you specify a file size it'll work the bitrate out for you but the same still applies.
There's no way an encode with a resolution of 712x296 is going to look as good as the original. It might look okay considering the lower resolution, but it won't look as good. -

We mean, it is foolish to think that you are NOT losing quite a good amount of quality doing what you are doing (or what your rip/torrent buddies are doing). Stop fooling yourself (you're not fooling us) - those often look like C*R*A*P!
Do yourself a favor sometime and do a test: encode the same resized DVD rip to CRF-18 (a common figure for "decent" quality) and to your 2pass 700MB and then A/B them. Most people would clearly see the further quality degradation in your 700MB, and that's comparing to something that ALREADY has been greatly degraded from its source.
Also, if you are ripping them for your own backup needs, that is one thing. But if you are intent on uploading those to torrent sites also, that is a Warez No-No on this site.

Use yax265 to encode and set quality to 32. Leave everything else the same. Search this forum for yax265

Could be a lot of things: AnyDVD+whatever, DVDFabHDDecrypter, DVDDecrypter, etc. Ripping it only decrypts & gets from the disc to the harddrive. It is the processing (incl. ITVC, resizing, noise reduction, etc) and the re-encoding that'll get it to what you want. That's more than a few steps (if you want to do it right) and usually more than a few apps (though AVISynth probably figures into it). It's not a "one button click" convert.
I'm not going to elaborate further, as there are plenty of threads that already do that well, and I'm not convinced about the premise.

No, I don't think you want your video to "look like" the image you posted. It doesn't display correctly in your KM Player or it's been encoded with the wrong aspect ratio or frame size, and looks as if it's been cropped and resized. The image you posted is distorted and is not even equivalent to a 720x480 frame ratio. It doesn't look like PAL 720x576, either. It isn't even a 16:9 display:
The movie has an aspect ratio of 2:35:1 or 2:4:1 and should display like this:
On a 16:9 display the picture will have letterbox bars top and bottom. You can't fill a 16:9 display completely with a 2.35:1 movie. On a 16x9 display or media player, the movie will display like this:
And as has been noted, if this is warez stuff the thread might be closed.Last edited by LMotlow; 1st Jul 2015 at 17:50.

is this handbrakes config????if yes tell me how to set them -
All the parameters the real torrentz uploadz gangsterz used are right there in your very question, for instance under "Encoding settings". Those are x264 command line options, but most if not all of them can be set in Handbrake oder VidCoder.
Why don't you just take the plethora of advice you already got in this thread, read some additional guides and start your learning curve? -

I promise you, you will get the 700mb file you want if you use yax265 Gui. Drag and drop the file into the GUI and set the quality to 32. Also change the speed from medium to ultrafast and the sound to 128 kbps if you want.
