    Have never used avidemux until now and i wish to split an mp4 file into several pieces. when i set my markers and try to save the segment i get an error message. i have selected mpeg4 AVC as the output file. What am i doing wrong? thanks in advance.

    If you are not filtering, just choose 'Video' = Copy, 'Audio' = Copy, Format= mp4.

    Do you still get this error now ?
