    Hi can someone please tell me how to go about learning to put cartoons in video, as if they were part of the video, like maybe a bird singing over a girls face, or anything like that . please let me know thanks!

    Rotoscoping is one method - if youve ever seen Ralph Bakshi's "Wizards" you've seen rotoscoping. Here's a short bit on that technique:
