ok, divx to vcd prob...or burning prob...

found a guide, converted the divx files to mpg(vcd) files with TMPG, created my simple menus with nero, but when I hit write, nero start to encode the videos! dammit, they are already encoded! I have vcdeasy, but I don't fully understand the menu creation part. I'd like to do it with nero for now. Anyone knows what I should do? thanks a lot : )

If it matters, it's a couple of episodes of a cartoon show.
