video ts is a "dvd" structure...all u have to do is open nero and drag and drop all the files...video ts.ifo and all other ifo/bup files and go...or u can just navigate thru nero express to the "video TS" folder u wanna burn and click on it and you'll also be ready to burn

I downloaded it and i try to upload a movie and it sticks at 99%. Im really new at this so i apologize.
-
Yea i upload them and then click the calculator. I watched a tutorial and they clicked on the calculator. Is that not needed? Do i just pick the folder i want to burn to the disc? If so, after that, then what do i click or do?

The calculator determines the size of the output. If your video folder is no more than 4.7 gb, you can use a dvd-r or dvd+r to burn the video folder. Once you picked your folder, click on the icon at the bottom, called 'Build'. When done, your dvd is ready!

My pleasure. Let us know if you run into any problems...
Take time to read up on dvd burning and so on. This site is great at helping out with all sorts of dvd-related activities. -
also did you make sure the video_ts folder was the root directory?
Donatello - The Shredder? Michelangelo - Maybe all that hardware is for making coleslaw? -

To make sure your VIDEO_TS folder has a DVD-compliant structure, first click here: https://www.videohelp.com/dvd and scroll down to the section entitled: "DVD File/Folder Structure." See if you have those sorts of files in the folder.
You say very little--well, actually nothing--about the source video. It would help us to better help you if we knew more. In the Tools section of this site is a nice little free program called GSpot. It will tell you what sort of video your source is, its video and audio codecs, its frame rate, aspect ratio, standard (i.e. NTSC or PAL), etc. If we know more about the source, we can steer you in the right direction.
Also, make sure your blank DVD discs are not cheap coasters. Taiyo Yuden and Verbatim are highly recommended.
ImgBurn is the most reliable burning software around. Most likely, it won't be the source of your problems.
EDIT: Oh, one other thing: Is the source video copy protected? -
Yes it plays in the computer. It LOOKS like its burning a data disc or something. The source video is NOT copy protected. And im super new to burning and all that..so i dont really know what "root Directory" is D: What kind of information? I dont really know what kinda info you guys want. But if you tell me i can provide as much as i know
