  1. Hello,

I'am living in the Netherlands and use cable internet. My cable internet provider can open the mentioned website but I can't.

I use the tool "ping" on www.svcd2dvd.com . The ping statistic for 217.194.210.110 are:

4 times the same message: time-out by assignment

    Package: sent = 4, received = 0, lost = 4 (100% lost)

A frend of my has adsl internet connection and can also open the website. His ping result is a lot different see below:

    Answer from 217.194.210.110: bytes=32 time=34 ms TTL = 118
    Answer from 217.194.210.110 32 40 120
    Answer from 217.194.210.110 32 34 118
    Answer from 217.194.210.110 32 41 120

    package: sent = 4, received = 4, lost = 0

I turned of firewall and virus scanner did'nt help either. Thus far, as I know it's the only website I can't...you know the rest.

It took me a while to find out what you mean just discard my last reply the result is: I see the same message endlessly "time out by assignment" and finaly "The trace is done". No other words or numbers in between.

Looks like something is not routing properly after cust2-sov.lon.core.as33968.net ..... I will raise a ticket with the hosting company and see what they can do.
