I Have received a 700Mb avi which is expected to be 90 min but VLC media player plays only 21 seconds introduction, which ends with text -"ou are trying to play a High Quality Video, just download the player to play the video file."
File origin is unknown to me and it seems suspicious to go to download unknown player from unknown site.
GSpot detects 21 seconds file type asf (.wma/.WMV) and claims there is 697MB unneeded bytes at the end
I believe that there are mounted 2 different containers into one. Is it possible to play or extract the rest of file?
Thanks!

Yes, it's a scam. Any video that displays a message like that, trying to get you to download a certain player or codec, is usually a fake. It's most likely trying to get you to install malware on your system.
