I've got a 667MH Powerbook G4
Is it REALLY going to take Cleaner5 14+ hours to convert my .mov file to mpeg2??
Any faster way? How much faster can encoding get?

There is a Hardware solution that you can get, I think it is a PCI card that has 2 G4 processers on it that will compress video at real time, but I goes for hefty price. and uses a special edition of cleaner that supports it.
