    Can someone please help me!!!

    I downloaded some .avi files and want to encode them to .mpg files using TMPGEnc ... but when I try to set the beginning and ending of the source to encode in the Project Wizard ... the original picture comes out all weird ... little squares and green all over ... any idea how can I fix this?

    I did try to watch the .avi files in Window Media Player .. and it looks fine there ...

    Please help!!! thanks ...
