Source for the newsIf you have been trying to figure out how to run cables through your walls to set up a surround sound system for your TV or if you just don’t like the look of speakers scattered over your family, this may be an interesting alternative. Mitsubishi’s new 120 Hz LT-series already integrates a surround sound speaker system.
According to the manufacturer, the technology reproduces true 5.1 surround sound from itsspeaker cabinet attached.

Same fake surround sound as in the Yamaha YAS-70BL speaker. Probably sounds OK if you're in the sweet spot and using a sub.

I agreed with "you just don’t like the look of speakers scattered over your family". Good effort for Mitsubishi.
But with only able to define the room by dimension, and not active room calibration. It most likely can only works with rooms with very simple dimension.
