The easy solution here is to NOT use NERO for DVD Video burning.
Instead use ImgBurn which is freeware software.
I know this might sound "crazy" but despite ImgBurn being freeware it is the absolute BEST way to burn a DVD Video disc. I know it seems odd that the best software is freeware but that is the way it is!
Since it is the best and since it is freeware ... well ... there is no reason to use anything else.
