    how do i rip out the 2nd audio channel? virtual dub does not let me select it

    Use VirtualDubMod instead. Select Streams > Stream List, disable the audio stream you don't want, and save the AVI again (using a different filename, and making sure that video is set to 'Direct Stream Copy'.)

    i just want the audio, anyways to get the audio only? i know virtual dub mod but i don't think it let me save audio only like virtual dub.

    Select Streams > Stream List ->click on the track you want -> demux
