Help converting .rmvb to .avi

I am looking for any information that could help me convert my .rmvb files to .avi using mac osx... I am aware of quite a few programs that allow this through windows but have had no luck finding a mac friendly program capable of providing this function. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

ffmpegX can do this if you install the additional Real libraries (see insatllation instructions on ffmpegX website). You may need to rename your files from .rmvb to .rm.
