    Hello

    I need to extact the .mpeg file from a .bin file
    I used to use a program called vcd tools but formatted my computer and cant find it on the net anymore

    Does anyone know where I can find vcd tools or is there any other program that can do this easily?

    vcdeasy but the last free version was 1.15 iirc. isobuster is also used, by right clicking on the mpeg and selecting extract but only save m2f2 frames.

    You can also try to mount the bin file using a Virtual Drive and extract the movie file using IsoBuster.
