  1. I was readign through the manual to see if there was an answer, but i couldnt find anyhting.

what Im trying to do is have a video that loops after it completes for the duration that a song is played. i thought of just setting up a menu witha motion background of the video i want and then adding the song to the audio line of the menu, but how to i set it to loop just the video and not to loop the audio until it has completed since the song is like 3 minutes long and the video clip only lasts for 15 or 20 seconds. so i want the video to loop continuously while the audio does the same but only after it is done.

when i just tried it without changign any settings, when i played it, the whole menu just loops for the length of the video so the audio resets itself every 15 seconds.

the other method i thought might work would be to create an audio only movie as per the insctructions in the manual, and then double clicked on it to open the menu-like area to add a still. instead of a still, I plugged in the video. of course when i authored it and tried to play that movie track, it wouldnt open the link at all and when i tried to play it on a pc, it would just freeze and crash any video player i tried.

what do i need to do to get this to work? thanks

If you want the video to run the length oft he audio, you have to make the video as long as the audio. Just open the clip in your editor and repeat it several times until it is long enough.

  6. well i was able to use mpeg video wizard to create the videos i wanted, but after all the work, i cant get them to play in the dvd.

in mpeg video wizard i export the video and audio tracks of the created file seperately since dvd-lab would demultiplex them anyway. then i take those and import them to dvd-lab and they would not give me any errors. so i added each video to a movie section and then point a menu line to each video. the compile goes fine without any errors and then i burn the disc.

when i try to play either of the three videos i created, it just freezes up and refuses to start the video. i tried it in my pc and in a stand alone dvd player, both will not start the videos. what could be holding this back?
