    i use nero to burnmy vcds for me and my friends most of them have sony dvd players but the dvd players dont reqognize that there is a cd in the drive is that a problem with the media or what and if so what media does sony work with???

    hi,

    it depends on the Model of sony player you have. if it says it supports CR-R/RW play back then any media will play else you have to use CDRW with sony. i have SONY NP400D. it plays all media CDR/RW but only VCDs not SVCD
