Adding Space Between Chapters Using TMPGEnc

How does one add a 5 second delay between scenes(chapters) on a music video? I am using TMPGEnc.Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

Create a five second black clip, then edit the video to insert the clip between tracks, probably with a fade in and a fade out to make it look neat. I don't know if this can be done easily in tmpgenc plus. It can't be done easily in tmpgenc dvd author.

It is something that really should be done during editing, not authoring. You might be able to do it with something that supports playlists, like DVD Lab Pro or DVD Architect.
