Adding chapters in TMPGEnc DVD Author 3 with DivX Authoring?

I just upgraded to this from version 2.something or another and for the life of me I can't figure out how to add chapters.
In the older version there was an add chapters option in the right click menu but not in this version.
Does anyone know how to do this?

after you add a file click on edit to get to the cut/edit menu then click the oblong button with the picture of a page in it(bottom right corner)from the pop up menu select "keyframe tool" keyframe seems to be the new word for chapter in the latest edition, it took me 15 minutes of sodding about as the pictures in the manual haven't been updated

Last I knew key frames and chapters where two different things, why on earth would they do a thing like that?
Other than the obvious (to confuse people).

It appears that with the newest version 3.1.1.174 they went back to calling them chapters again.
