all-in-wonder vs. SoundBlaster

im running windows2000 w/ the 2ed service pack for an OS. i have a all-in-wonder 128 video card and a SoundBlaster Live! Gamer (4.1 sound), and for some reason they conflict w/ each other. i cant have them both working at the same time.
-i have to either have the SoundBlaster disabled to use tv-in on my aiw card or just not fool w/ tv-in and just listen to sound w/ the SBaster....
-if i have sound enabled and try to use tv-in (watch tv on my pc) everything locks up and it maxes out the cpu.
-if you are running the tv-tuner and watching tv on the pc and then enable the sound, it really doesnt enable it, till you restart and by that time the tv tuner wont work.

any1 have a solution? or run in2 this problem in the past?

actually, many ppl have had problems with ati capture cards and soundblaster live, especially on a mother board with a via chipset...if your board has a via chipset you might want to get the via latency patch from viahardware.com it fixed my problem
