    i use virtualdub 1.5.1,when i want to do the sound i get this error ,first i open file ,full compression mode and then save wav and then i get this error ,no audio decompressor could be find to decompress the source audio format,anybody knows ,thx

    do you have all the codecs installed? I had the same prblem till I installed all the of the divx bundles and codecs.

    Gspot will tell you if you need a codec. That and the AC3 codec are in the Tools section.

    Or you can use Goldwave by loading your Avi in, then select save.
