Renaming VIDEO_TS in all caps in Win98?

Hi,
I cannot rename my VIDEO_TS folder in all caps in windows98. I beleive this is my problem when trying to burn with RecordNow DX.
My DVD-R will play on my stand alone DVD with DVD X Copy (2 Disks)but will not when burned with RecordNow DX.

movie; We were Soliders
Rip: DVD Decryper
compressed: DVD2one
Burn as single disc: RecordNow DX
Any ideas?

Easy

Open My computer

Choose the "View" option near the top

Then choose "Folder Options"

Then Choose the "View" Tab (Center tab).

Then Check the check box marked "Allow all uppercase names"

click the "Apply" button near the bottom

Done

On newer windows same procedure but it is under the tools selction instead of View.
