  1. Hi all,

I put a movie onto VCD, this was by converting a .bin and .cue file to MPEG.

The problem is when i play it on my DVD player, the sound comes before the mouth actually moves. is there any help on what i can do.

I can not use Virtualdub as the file isn't .avi and tmpeg or woteva it is called will not work neither, i don't know why but it won't let me use it.

the files is Mpeg-2 layer could this mean that tmpeg isn't working and how cud i convert it so it does?

please help me with my sound problem thank you

When you did the encoding with tmpgenc yourself you will have to do it again, using the source function in tmpgenc in the second tab. Here you can shift the audio versus the video part and get it into sync. Just experiment with the value you put into the field.
When you did not encode the mpeg yrself you'll have to decode to video and audio part and encode again with the function I've described.

    Good luck, regards,

    Kees Janssen.
