I am running windows 98se. I want to capture old vhs to dvd. Is there a way around the fat 32 partitions? Can I change my harddrive to NTFS or whatever that is? I don't really want to change my os too bad.
Thank you

To use an NTFS partition you must install Windows NT, 2000, or XP. NTFS is not fully compatable with Windows 9x series operating systems.
