I have a bin file that I cannot delete from my hard drive. Each time I try to it says that someone else or another program is using it.
I have tried to delete it in safe mode but this doesn't work either. Any suggestions please.![]()

Boot up into MS-DOS. Navigate to the folder and delete that stubborn little bastard.

do you have clonecd , daemon tools or any other phqantom cd drive installed?
Isn't this file mounted by that software? -
Don't delete it. I'm using it...
So did it work when you closed clonecd?? Try rename it and if it works you should be able to delete it. -
It won't let me rename it because it says it is being used by another person or programme.
