Have a movie as a bin file. Can watch it fine via Windows media player. Want to burn it to a dvd.
Tried converting it to an mpeg file using VCDGear but the program just freezes up while saying it is searching (actually it does not freeze up but will not leave search mode.)

Next I converted it to a dat file but when I tried importing it into MovieFactory it says that it contains no video data. I am not certain what is going on but I know the bin file is not corrupt as I can watch the movie on my computer. Any help is greatly appreciated. Happy 4th! Anthony

  2. Burn it as an image file. Like with Nero Burning ROM's Recorder -> Burn Image... option. Or use ImgBurn.

In vcdgear, does the Fix MPEG Errors option help? Also, do you have the corresponding .cue for the .bin? I think vcdgear requires both.
