No matter how I devide the chapters it is too large to keep everything and be able to do a pure DVD rip to DVD-R x 2 discs. There is no option for a 3rd disk either. How is it possible? Do I have to remove something like a language or sub(s)?

use ifoedit it will split only the movie and will lose the extras. so it should fit on two dvds.

Well XCopy can remove stuff too so I'll use it. I did view it in IFO to confirm. I ended up making a DVD of the movie and nothing else. I wish I could remove all extra languages and subs and keep the extras otherwise but I'm not sure how to. It seems the movie itself is large enough to use most all the space. The next largest titleset is about 900+ megs and if I take it out it only leaves a few other things in. I cant even tell what they are. I might as well do SVCD cause at least I can get the chapters to work. Im not 100% sure they will this way and I hate to waste one of my last DVD-R on this if it isnt right.
