I'm sure this is an easy question to answer for some but I could not find the answer in my searches...
Basicly I reencoded a movie and the AC3 track but then realise I forgot the DTS audio track, which I did want.
So the question is how can I just rip out the the DTS track to a .dts file that I can import into Maestro with the .ac3 and .m2v file I already have?
Thanks.

I loaded in the first .vob into VobEdit then clicked on the Demux button, then chose the .dts audio track radio button, then checked off Demux Complete Title Set. It then asked me where I wanted to put the .dts file and I could rename it or leave it as the default vts_xx_x.dts format.
After this is does it's thing for a while and goes through all the .vobs but afterwords .dts file is 0 bytes..
Any ideas?

have you try only one vob... not Complete Title Set? If that works then try to rip the dvd(main movie files) to one big file etc...

Adder78,
No, I hadn't tried to rip it from just the main .vob cause I figured if I did that I wouldn't get the whole stream, just part of it.. Unless the dts stream is only in the first .vob but I wouldn't think so....
However I will give that a try and let you know...
wizzy,
Yes it does...

Are you sure the movie has DTS track? Your hard drive has enough space? I'm using Vobedit quite ofter and never had a problem for DTS demux.

hcx3634,
Yep, I'm positive it has a DTS track. The movie in case you wanted to know is Road Trip Unrated Edition. Has 2 Ch AC3, 6 Ch AC3, and DTS.... I just want the 6ch AC3 and DTS tracks... I already have the 6 ch AC3 now I just want the DTS track.. And yes my HD has 20gb of space..
I suppose I could try another dvd with a DTS track maybe it's something strange with this title..
Do you use the exact same steps to rip a DTS track in Vobedit as I listed above?
