Help with renaming a .BIN or something!!!!

I d/led a game and its in .bin format, or least I think it is. When I d/led it, the comment was to change the extension from .exe to .BIN. How the hell do I do that? From the looks of it, it already is a .bin?

Let's start with CD1, shall we....here is a pic of the directory. I've haven't touched CD2.BIN yet, so lets get started with #1.....

As you can see, it looks like it already is a .BIN.



.........and if I right click on Mafia.CD1.FairLight.ShareReactor.BIN, this is what I get...........


and if I click on the program tab.......






Any ideas? I know I have to change the extension, but I have no idea how to........
