When I'm about to burn my backup DVDR in Nero i get the question If I want to burn Multisession or not. What is the difference between these ?

Multisession will allow you to add more files onto the disc at a later time. Not selecting multisession just means that the cd will be closed and you won't be able to put anything onto it in the future. If you're using a rw disc, however, then you can still format it and use it again. As far as I know, the only difference multisession makes is compatibility with older readers..
