I've been successfully creating PAL compliant SVCDs with Smartripper, DVD2AVI, TMPGENC and Toolame and would like to add a second audio track to the so created SVCD.
Can anybody help?

If you prefer to use dvd2avi to get your wav file than just make a second project file with the second audio track selected. Under the audio tab set it to the appropriate track. If you want to see what's what then in smartripper do stream processing on your vobs. This will show you what language and format each audio track on the dvd is, eg: dolby digital, 2.0
After you have your wav file encode to mp2 with toolame. Do this with both audio tracks, encode everything separately. Now you should have an m2v file, and two mps files.
Now just multiplex them together with either bbmpeg or TMPGenc.
