alot of unrecoverable errors when doing CD-Copy on Nero, why

I did an SVCD, plays without a problem on my dvd player...so when I do a cd-copy of it on Nero I get like 25-30 unrecoverable read errors (I'm pretty sure that's what it was) on my cd-copy window where it showing me the cd-copy completion pop-up...

any suggestions how can I fix this? I mean the svcd plays great with no problems, so I dunno...anyone else get this type of error when doing a cd-copy of an SVCD?

ok well how about after it took 40+min to cd-copy the SVCD succesully (even with the errors) I play the copied SVCD and I notice errors on some parts of the movie that I don't get on the original svcd I made..

does that mean that it's not recommended to make a cd-copy of an svcd, but to make an SVCD from the start?
