    No, I think that "Lantry" pretty much dominates that category.

    All version can do it, depends on what version you can find. If TMPGenc plus you will have limitation for 30 days, I believe. If you can find old version and don't wanna play with all crack thing, I'd suggest go with 12a version. It's old but less buggies
