I'm creating SVCD and I capture it at 768*576 but should I let TMPGE resize it or should I let Virtual dub resize it?
If Vdub what rezolution then, 480*576????

Encoding is a little bit faster if Vdub does the resizing.
If TMPGEnc has to resize then the encode takes a little bit longer.
Depending on the length of the video:
Longer video - Resize in Vdub
Shorter video - Let TMPGenc do the resize
In Virtual Dub you will want to look for a better resize filter than
the one that comes packaged with Vdub.
