640x384, 23.977 DivX 5.0.1 convert to MPG1 Green screen

I'm trying to convert 640x384, 23.977 DivX 5.0.1 into a MPG1 movie but all I see is a Green screen with Blocks. I use the TMPGEnc wizard.
The wide-screen format is fine by me.
