Please help with this. I am using SmartRipper 2.41 to Rip a 1.5hr movies into 2 folders. Folder 1 has 45 minutes and Folder 2 also has 45 minutes. I have no problem with folder 1, but everytime when I start to encode folder 2, this DVD2SVCD freezes. This happen to all my 6 movies that I've ripped. Only happen on Folder 2

I am not sure what you are meaning???
You have ripper a 1.5 hour movie into TWO folders??? Why?
Just a suggestion: Put your rip from one movie into one folder, and let DVD2SVCD do the splitting of the movie. The Dutchman -
Another suggestion:
If you insist in having two folders; then rename the VOB files from folder 2. (for example: if you have the first three VOB files in folder 1, then make sure that the first VOB file in folder two also starts with the number:1, and not number 4)
If you are encoding folder 2 separate, then copy your ifo file also into this folder. The Dutchman
