    How well does a AJA FS-Mini Frame Synchronizer work well for capturing VHS from prosumer VCRs from Panasonic (Ag-1980) and JVC into a AJA Kona LHI? Does it work as a time based corrector?

    No, That's a SDI to HDMI converter, which both are digital signals.
