I'm having problems burning subs into 4K videos.

TL;DR - My GTX 1050Ti is failing when trying to encode 4K to 4K burning in subs.

Edit Bonus: Anyone that can help me solve this problem I will gladly show you a very simple way to download movies from a shared plex server that is not yours, without the owners permission.

A little background....

I use Plex to watch all my video content including 4K. I don't transcode anything! Only Direct Play on both Video and Audio.

I find that subtitles can cause transcoding within Plex so I prefer to burn in subs for a movies that have foreign language parts. I have used many programs to do this the the past including StaxRip and Handbrake but I prefer Pavtube. It seems to be the simplest and does well with hardware acceleration. I'm happy with the results I get.

I'm running into an issue with 4K movies. Pavtube and StaxRip both fail at the beginning of conversion. I'm not able to get the Pavtube logs but I have included the StaxRip logs at the end of this post. I prefer StaxRip for this job because I believe it is one of the only programs that can retain HDR color space in the process.

I'm at my wits end and I cant figure out whats wrong.

Things i've tried:

All Nvidia drivers are up to date.
Nvidia GForce and Nvidia control panel are up to date.
All system drivers are up to date.
OS is up to date.
StaxRip x64 2.0.0 all up to date

Hardware specs:

i5-2400S 2.5GHz (Sandy Bridge) CPU
Intel DH67CL Motherboard
DDR3-1600 8Gx4 = 32GB Ram
MSI GTX 1050Ti GPU
EVGA 6000W PSU
256GB SSD M.2 with SATA III 6GBs adapter (only for OS and encoding software)
Windows 10 Pro OS

I only use this for Plex and video encoding, no gaming.

Does anyone have any ideas? Are there any test programs I can use to test NVENC on the GPU?
