  1. Which is better, to have variable or constant frame rate mode in a stream captured from the internet? What difference does it make?

    Does https://forum.videohelp.com/threads/353410-Variable-or-Constant-Framerate mean it depends on the file you are creating? i will want h264 mp4

    Are you recording stuff from the internet? Then keep it is in the original format.

    Or do you have to convert to h624 mp4?

    vfr sucks. the only thing it's appropriate for is severely compressed phone video.
