I would like to create a new version of a DVD, but, omitting some of the chapters.
In the past I have used DVD Shrink to do this, but, have just upgraded to Windows 10 and am not sure if this will still work.
So, can anyone suggest any other apps that would let me do this - ideally for free!
Reducing the size of the video is not important as I am aiming to create an .iso file to use on a media player - it is the selection of chapters that I need.
Thanks!

You want to remove chapters without reencoding the rest of the DVD? If so, VobBlanker can do it. Blank the ones you don't want and process it. Here's a guide:
http://www.dvdr-digest.com/articles/article_vobblanker_page1.html
You open the DVD and highlight the movie from which you want to cut some chapters (cells). It'll appear in the lower window. Hit the 'Cells' button on the right and in the new screen will appear the list of chapters. There's a preview so you can tell which are which. 'Blank' the ones you want to remove. Hit 'Apply' and back in the first screen hit 'Process'.
I have no idea whether or not it'll work in Win 10. -
