Hi, this is new territory for me so please help if you can.
I have an old DVD that I authored with Encore. The original project file has since been lost. I now need to replace a few of the short video segments with improved graphics on the video. I ripped the DVD with DVDShrink and the folder contains all the individual VOB files (as the training segments are short). I thought that it would be a no-brainer to replace the 2 VOB files that needed changing, then re-burn the folder with Nero. Somehow it still burns the old video segments.
Any advice on how best to tackle this project? A better program for re-authoring a pre-structured DVD?
Thanks!

Put the entire original DVD on the hard drive. Open it in VobBlanker. Use the 'Replace' button to replace the titles with your 'new-and-improved' versions.
If you're only replacing chapters then go into the cells screen and do the replacing there. -
Thank you for the help, that looks like the right tool. I keep getting an error when I try to replace - guessing the cell size is not exactly the same? Any workaround for that?

The cell size doesn't have to be the same, not the same length, bitrate, or anything else. It just has to be a single-celled already compliant little 'mini' DVD. You open the VTS_01_1.VOB of the replacing VOB and take it from there. What sort of error message are you getting?

It is working now, I went to the cells screen as you suggested. Thank you so much for your help!
