RawCap Conversion Keeps Crashing - HELP!

As the title says, I am recording some gameplay using RawCap format (w/ DxTory). I used to do this all the time - record using RawCap, then build the AVI and then use it to edit the videos as needed.

Now, RawCapConv (Purple Icon) in DxTory just crashes EVERY time I open it. I tried various codecs, settings, etc. to no avail. I even tried reinstalling the codecs and DxTory - still nothing.


Of course, I just installed Win 8.1 Pro (x64) yesterday and I assume this is the main culprit.


In Event Viewer, these two errors show up every time I try to open RawCapConv in DxTory.

I really need help with this - how on earth do I get RawCapConv to work?


It works flawlessly on another Win 8 Pro (x64) (NOT 8.1) machine and it used to work on Win 7 SP1 (x64) as well without any issues!
