    For some reason i extract the mkv using mkvextract and when i choose open in avidemux to convert it crashes the program Why? i tried removing the progam the re-install from a different mirror and it is doing the same thing am i forgetting something

    Be sure to try latest version and also latest beta, link in our tools list -> avidemux.

    But avidemux may not fully support your source so it crashes. What are you going to convert to? You can try other all-in-one converters like xvid4psp.

    when i use xvid 4psp on my anime the subs and the audio fall behind by like 20ms and my player will not play the aac audio although it will play low quality mkv subs and video

    when i use xvid4psp there is a sync problem with the audio and the subs about 20ms and i do not know how to fix also my player supports mkv vudeo and subs vbut cannot handle theaac audio is it possible to convert the audio the use mkvmerge to get an mkv with mp3 audio for my player, btw the player is a _BOX
