problem with ffmpeg.exe

hi there,
i've got the problem with this app, I wanna convert some movies for my nokia phone (6303i), but since couple days are some problems,
I've got commanline:
this worked couple days ago

ffmpeg -i input.avi -r 10 -vcodec mpeg4 -b 350k -acodec libfaac  -ab 64k -ar 22050 -ac 2  output.mp4

this doesn't work

ffmpeg -i input.avi -acodec libfaac -b:a 128k -vcodec mpeg4 -b:v  1200k -flags +aic+mv4 output.mp4

this doesn't working but i don't know what happend now

This first is working now but on exampe half of movie crashed, it's working on short movies like video clips

maybe are wrong commandline?
pleas help me

Use a newer version of ffmpeg. http://ffmpeg.zeranoe.com/builds/



Or use a frontend like the very simple and good mobile media converter.

first working on earlier version of ffmpeg.exe, with new both doesn't work
